Eric has more than 20 years of demonstrated success in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance, specializing in both growth and distressed situations. His expertise spans from restructuring and recapitalization to debt and equity capital raising and business valuations.

Eric helps owners assess their financial condition to provide carefully crafted options to maximize company valuation and attractiveness to lenders, investors, and potential buyers. He has led numerous transactions across various industries, providing strategic financial advisory to business owners, private equity firms, and corporate boards. His comprehensive experience working with a broad range of owners and stakeholders has equipped him with the skills and understanding to manage the many complexities that arise during a business transition or transaction.

Prior to Harney Capital, Eric was a co-founder of the Ravinia Capital investment banking practice, then went on to co-found Advocate Capital, an investment bank with a national footprint.

  • Electrical Contractor Sale: Managed the sale of a large electrical contractor to a specialized fund, aligning with the strategic interests of the buyer.
