We led with a sell-side quality of earnings report from a top-tier third-party firm, providing a reliable buyout forecast model to demonstrate the company's true EBITDA and enterprise cash flow.
The service-based nature of the electrical subcontracting business posed unique challenges, as the assets (people) walk out the door every day. We ensured that the buyer understood these challenges and was prepared to address them.
